We have several upcoming events in our 2025/26 programme, with standard individual attendee rate tickets for our two-hour courses starting from £65 + VAT (before the 20% discount is applied).

• Our next available online training event is for our half-day course on Fitness to Study panels for chairs and panel members. The standard individual attendee rate for this event is £83 + VAT (£99.60 incl. VAT), and for 3+ attendees our discounted multiple attendee rate is £70.55 + VAT (£84.66 incl. VAT) per attendee.

For a limited period, higher education providers and other student-facing organisations can save £100 on the cost of any of our ready-to-run online training sessions - our flagship courses delivered online at a time that works best for you and your cohort. Up to 25 people can attend each booked session, making this a cost-effective way to train your colleagues for as little as £45 per person - and that’s before we apply our Cyber Monday discount!

Our ready-to-run training sessions are the easiest way to book one of our training sessions for your team or your university/organisation.  We have six ready-to-run training courses to choose from, with prices starting at £895 + VAT (before the £100 discount is applied).

Simply book your session using the 'Schedule and pay by invoice' option, and we'll apply the £100 discount.

• Our normal price for this session is £995 + VAT (£1,194 incl. VAT), with this price due to rise in 2026.

How to book online training event tickets with 20% discount

1. Pick one of our events on our upcoming online training events section of our website.  We have several upcoming events, including:

   • Coordinating actions and providing support following a student death

   • Fostering students' self-reliance using practical coaching skills

   • Fitness to Study panel training - for chairs and panel members

   
   

2. Follow the directions on the event details page to ‘Buy tickets’, then select your tickets for the date/time of the event.

   
   

3. On the ‘Your details’ booking page, press the ‘Use promo, credit or voucher code’ option, and then enter the following promo code:

* The 20% discount applies to standard individual attendee rate and multiple attendee discounted rate tickets that are ordered between now and 11:59pm on Monday 8th December 2026.

How to book our ready-to-run training sessions with £100 discount

1. Pick one of our ready-to-run training sessions on our ready-to-run training section of our website.  We have six different ready-to-run courses to choose from.

   
   

2. Select the option to “Schedule and pay by invoice” - even if you prefer to pay via credit/debit card.  (When you later receive the invoice, you will still have the option of paying via credit/debit card at that point.) Our usual booking terms and conditions apply.

   
   

3. Choose the date when you would like us to deliver the training session.  You will see in our online calendars that our trainers are almost fully booked between now and December 2025, but you will see more availability starting in 2026.

   
   

4. For all bookings that we receive before 11:59pm on Monday 8th December 2025, we will apply an automatic £100 discount off the price *. You will receive an invoice that shows the discounted price and, at that point, you can choose whether you wish to pay via credit/debit card or via bank transfer.

And that’s it! We will then contact you to explain the next steps for helping you to publicise the session to your team or university/organisation.

* The £100 discount applies to ready-to-run sessions that are scheduled for delivery between now and 31st August 2026 and which are booked before 11:59pm on Monday 8th December 2025.
