Balancing compassion with boundaries when working with students: a 2.5-hour, online training event

One-to-one interactions with students can be challenging - such as when delivering bad news to a student, or when a student is angry, passive or disengaged. This session explores how we can show compassion in these interactions while maintaining appropriate boundaries.

Fostering students' self-reliance using practical coaching skills: a two-hour online training event

When working with students, helping them to draw on their inner resources to solve a problem or address an issue is better than if we solve it on their behalf. This 2-hour session explores the positive impact we can have, whatever our role, by using practical coaching skills to empower students.
